The property
You will find this exclusive villa on the outskirts of the small town of Castel Rocchero in the Asti Province. The village only has a few hundred inhabitants, and is surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, vineyards and wineries that offer wine tastings by appointment.

The ground floor
consists of a large kitchen-dining room, with all modern kitchen appliances and a tasting wine fridge, which we are happy to fill with local wines by arrangement.
The living room has a large sitting area, flat screen and Apple TV box. There is also a beautiful built-in wood-burning stove that can be viewed from both the kitchen and living room. In the technical room you will find a large washing machine and dryer.
There is also a large additional fridge/freezer with ice cube machine, which we can fill with food, specialties and/or drinks before arrival by arrangement.
The first floor
has 5 charming bedrooms, offering a cozy retreat.
Here you have access to a large shared 40 m2 covered terrace, which is ideal for yoga/workout, creative activities, dinners or lounging while watching the breathtaking sunsets behind the mountains to the west and north.
The infinity pool
area beckons from the kitchen, and here you can pick vegetables and herbs from the vegetable garden, enjoy meals from a large outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven.
From all the many natural and stone-paved terraces around the house, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the vineyards, the Alps and the sunset.
When the orchard is in season, you can pick apricots, peaches, nectarines, pomegranates, plums, apples and pears directly from the trees.
